Astral Alchemy is committed to handling inquiry and birth information with care, restraint, and transparency. This policy explains what the site collects and why.
Information collected
- Contact information you submit, such as a name or preferred identifier and email address
- The question or theme included in a reading inquiry
- Birth date, birth time, and birth city or country, submitted so a chart can be assessed and the reading scoped
- For astrocartography work, the locations you want compared and any travel, relocation, work, or personal context you choose to provide
- Technical information routinely processed by WordPress.com and Jetpack, such as IP address, browser information, cookies, security events, and aggregate site usage
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, determine scope and fit, prepare and deliver requested work, process agreed payments, maintain site security, send newsletters when you subscribe, and comply with applicable obligations.
What is not done
Personal information, birth data, location lists, and relocation questions are not sold. They are not used to create public case studies or testimonials without separate, explicit permission. Reading information is used only to assess, scope, and prepare the requested work.
Service providers
The site is hosted through WordPress.com and uses Jetpack for forms, subscriptions, security, and site services. Stripe may process payments when a payment link is used. These providers process limited information under their own privacy terms when needed to supply the service. Astral Alchemy does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Retention
Inquiries that do not proceed are ordinarily removed within 90 days, including any birth information, location lists, and contextual notes they contain. Materials associated with completed readings are retained only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, clarification, accounting, security, and legal obligations, ordinarily no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is required or you request earlier deletion where permitted.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied, subject to information that must be retained for legal or transactional reasons. You may unsubscribe from newsletter emails using the link included in each message.
Security and sensitive information
No online system can promise absolute security. Do not submit government identifiers, payment-card details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive material through a reading inquiry.
