These terms apply to private written readings supplied through Astral Alchemy. The Written Natal Chart Reading is $167, and the Astrocartography Reading is $197. Payment is made upfront before chart analysis or writing begins.
Scope
The Written Natal Chart Reading covers the natal themes and deliverables agreed during scoping. The Astrocartography Reading covers the comparison locations, relocation or travel context, and deliverables agreed during scoping. Additional questions, charts, rectification work, extra locations beyond the agreed scope, or extended correspondence may require a new scope and fee.
Client information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate birth details. For astrocartography work, you are also responsible for providing the locations and practical context you want considered. Please identify any uncertainty in the recorded birth time. Astral Alchemy is not responsible for conclusions affected by inaccurate or incomplete information.
Payment and start of work
The $167 natal reading fee or $197 astrocartography reading fee is paid upfront. Work begins only after payment has cleared and all required information has been received, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Delivery
A delivery date or range is confirmed after payment and before chart analysis or writing begins. If an unexpected delay occurs, you will be informed and given a revised estimate. Electronic delivery is complete when the reading is sent to the email address or delivery destination you provided.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before work begins, a refund may be issued less non-refundable transaction costs. Once chart analysis or writing has begun, the fee is ordinarily non-refundable because time has been reserved and a custom digital service is being produced. If Astral Alchemy cannot complete the agreed work, the undelivered portion will be refunded.
Clarifications and revisions
One round of reasonable clarification questions is included unless the agreed scope says otherwise. Clarification does not include a new chart analysis, a new life question, additional locations, or rewriting the reading to produce a preferred conclusion.
No guarantees or professional advice
Astrological interpretation is reflective and interpretive. No future event, relationship, health outcome, financial result, relocation result, or personal transformation is guaranteed. Readings do not replace qualified medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency services.
Confidentiality and permitted use
Your reading is private. It will not be published as a testimonial, sample, or case study without separate permission. You may use the delivered reading for your personal study. The written analysis may not be resold, republished, or presented as your own work without written permission.
